Our range of products includes Zipper Bags, Zipper Profiles, Attached Zipper Bags, Slider Bags and Retail Pack. Our brand ‘Magic Seal®’ is known for introducing the concept of Polythene Reclosable Packaging in India. Moreover, we expanded our product line by developing and offering Zipper Profiles and Zipper Profile Attached Bags in the year 2003. Our Special Low Sealing Temperature Zippers are manufactured using very low sealing temperature polymers, and can be sealed with laminates at extremely low temperature. These are helpful in increasing machine speed, and are equipped with ribs on the back which allows small misalignment of zip sealing jaws. This in turn helps zips seal nicely with laminates. A very clean pouch look is given through reduction of wrinkled on films due to low temperature requirement and delimitation is avoided. Overall the bonding between zipper and laminates is extremely good. We specialize in manufacturing varied types of PP / PE zipper profiles in mono and co-ex. We have also come up with a new innovation in the form of “Soft Seal” Zipper. This seals at low temperature, and crushed a low pressure. Moreover, it leaves no gaps or pin-holes on side sealing of pouches, which makes these good for hydroscopic material and pharma products. It increases the speed of machine with faster and smoother crushing of zip. We have the capacity of providing both “Zipper in a Box” and “Zipper in Spool”.
